First of all, big congrats to you for making YOU a priority and saying YES to a new approach to your health… and to radical self-care.

I am honored and thrilled to welcome you to our group for the 4 Week Art of Eating Cooking Class. You have an amazing and transformative journey ahead. Here is what you can expect and how to best prepare.

1. Choose a weekend (or weekday) that works best for you to prepare recipes, stock up on new food items, or explore vegetarian options at nearby restaurants. This will help you feel ready to embrace new foods with convenience.

2. Set your intentions for the class. Your intentions are what you want and feel in your heart. Intentions are different than “goals,” which the mind often tells us we “should” be doing.

3. Consider speaking to your family and those close to you about the shift you’re taking for your health, and why you’ll be choosing different foods during meals together. Also, be tolerant if your family is not as willing to eat these new foods as you are.

4. Clear out your fridge, freezer, and cupboards of all “forbidden” foods. You can always give them to local charities if you do not want to throw them out. Definitely put them where you can't see them. 😁
